Aloha and Welcome
Aloha, and welcome to Say Leadership Coaching.
You have arrived at the web-based home of workplace Aloha coach Rosa Say. My company is dedicated to bringing the values of Aloha to the work we all do, and I work with businesses ready to value-reinvent or strengthen their organizational culture. My specialty is in the coaching of best-possible management and leadership. I believe that great management matters in healthy workplace cultures, and that leadership creates hope and larger possibility.
For the quickest overview of what I do, I suggest you jump over to my services page; there you will find the Strategic Initiatives and Coaching Options which outline my mission to reinvent and rejuvenate our workplaces value by value.
Please stay connected, even if you are not ready to hire me or purchase the products I offer you. My web presence is intended to help me live the value of Mahalo (saying thank you), while serving and giving back to the community of those who resonate with my mission and vision published in Managing with Aloha, Bringing Hawai‘i’s Universal Values to the Art of Business (MWA). Those in our community have discovered that they have both personal and professional applications for MWA, and you may find that you will too.
I hope you will consider meeting others in our Ho‘ohana Community as well: Together we are a living, working, managing and leading with Aloha movement! We collaborate in our learning, and we keep each other focused, productive, accomplished, and optimistic. To get you started with us, all of these options are provided to you absolutely free, courtesy of Ho‘ohana Publishing:
1. Grab an email subscription for my blog, Talking Story: It is the single best place for my most current updates, posted as they happen, including offering copies of the Aloha-Alignment Coaching I write twice-weekly for The Honolulu Advertiser, at a blog called Say “Alaka‘i.” Take a look at what’s there now.
2. Click here to join our Ho‘ohana Community of Managing with Aloha practitioners in a brand new LinkedIn Group. We think of managing and leading as behaviors, not as titles or as positions on an organizational chart: Think “self-managing” and “self-leading.” The world needs you and your good values to emerge as new leadership energy, and we are here to learn together and to support each other.
3. Be a lifelong learner, and read the Joyful Jubilant Learning blog (JJL) to learn collaboratively with the Ho‘ohana Community: More than 50 Authors now contribute to our online classroom there! Contributions are published nearly every day, making JJL the place to meet other learners just like you! You can subscribe for emails, or via RSS. I write for Joyful Jubilant Learning as well; take a look at my index.
And let’s not forget the key reason I think (and hope!) you are visiting me today! Buy more copies of Managing with Aloha at Amazon.com: Once it is in your hands, you are officially part of our Ho‘ohana Community movement, to bring our universally shared values to full Aloha-Alignment in the Art of Business. Visit www.ManagingWithAloha.com for my recent articles in each Aloha value index.
Now share some aloha; it’s good for you and for everyone you care about. Aloha is beauty for our world and for all we invest within it: When you become part of the Ho‘ohana Community, you commit to living, working, managing and leading with Aloha.
That is my ho‘ohiki; the promise I will always make to you too.
We Ho‘ohana (work intentionally) together, and with Aloha, care for each other in our universally shared humanity.
Rosa
