Managing with Aloha, Bringing Hawai‘i’s Universal Values to the Art of Business, pictured at the upper left of our site, is the signature work of our founder, author and Workplace Aloha Coach Rosa Say. Her personal mission, which she calls her Ho‘ohana, is to reinvent the role of managers and leaders so that they are much more effective in the workplace both personally and professionally: She knows of the profound effect managers can have, and she continually asks them, “Are you the best manager you can possibly be?” offering workplace coaching in value alignment to make that happen, both for them and for every person whose work they impact.
The crucial, core value we work with is Aloha, for it is the most universally held value we human beings share. Aloha is the champion of exciting, meaningful workplaces where people thrive.
